Information we collect:  We collect your IP address, browser type, and operating system on each visit to every page on this site. Your name and other information are NOT collected unless you specifically provide it. This information is used ONLY for internal statistic tracking purposes. We do not send Spam E-mails.  Any emails collect in our marketing or promotional efforts are required to be double opt-in, which means an e-mail address must be confirmed by you to be included in any mailings.  When we receive a request to be included in any of our mailing lists, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the e-mail provided. That e-mail includes an opt-in confirmation link which must be clicked to verify your request and ensure that you did approve the sign-up. If that link is not clicked that E-mail is considered unverified cannot be used.  All marketing-related emails we send include an opt-out link which allows you to immediately stop receiving future emails.

Non-Marketing E-mails:

We communicate on an individual basis with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers, or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners through e-mail.  We will, on occasion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, software updates, or important issues arise.  If you believe you have received a bulk e-mail from us that you did not give us permission to send, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
