Back Bay Grill Names Chef de Cuisine
David Connolly, most recently Chef de Cuisine for the immensely popular Chicago Wit Hotel properties Roof and Cibo Matto, has joined the Back Bay Grill as Chef de Cuisine.
A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, New York City's largest and most active center for culinary education and one of the best cooking schools in the nation, Connolly has also worked as Sous Chef at Chicago’s Spiaggia and MK The Restaurant.
Back Bay Grill is known for its extensive wine list, house made pastas and quality ingredients including locally raised meats and seafood, prepared in simple, classic manner.
