My daughter and I had lunch at St. Joe’s in Gorham the other day and had the Strawberry Coconut Pancakes. They were excellent. The pancakes were a daily special so I don’t know how often they have them but if you are looking for a delicious breakfast in Gorham it’s worth the trip.
