Fall’s Bounty all September at Evangeline
Come Celebrate Fall’s Bounty all September Long
As summer comes to an end and the chill air of fall fast approaches, Evangeline's new, quintessentially French Menu de La Nuit will feature dishes and libations that highlight the flavors of the autumnal season.

We're calling it Apple, Swine and Wine.

The Food: Enjoy dishes prepared using a variety of mouthwatering apples, rotating in as they become available — Freedom, Liberty, Black Liberty, Nickerbocker, Wolf River, Westfield Seek No Further and Golden Russet — from Sparrow Arc Farms in Unity and pigs from local farmer Mitra Luick in New Sharon that are fed on clabber or thickened, soured, unpasteurized milk from the family cow which makes them more happy and succulent

Libations: Wine selections include such fall favorites from the Rhone, Cahors and Provence, and will certainly harmonize with the tasty dishes. A drink special called the Smoked Apple Manhattan — a mixture of Sparrow Arc Farm antique apples, small batch bourbon and Sarah's smoked Lapsang Souchong tea.  All delicious with pork!

The Menu de La Nuit includes small plates through main courses ranging between $3 and $15. Fall wine by the glass selections range from $6 to $10. The September drink special is $10.
